I'd just like to see a more consolidated and aggregated front by all of these smaller players and consumers wake up that if you buy less for same price (but waste less) you can afford quality. And in this COVID world we like the Chinese consumer are now interested in transparency, knowing where our food is coming from and guarantee of supply, so should be encouraging and supporting this part of the industry.
