He should resign - not sure what value, if any ,he adds to the board ,especially now that the company has progressed immensely , since when he was first appointed many years back ,at a time when EML was nowhere in the league they are now . May be time to get someone on board who is very familiar and knowledgeable with the current business model and would be proactive and beneficial to the company's rapid expansion.
