this is not quite right. IMO Andreas appears to be the only one not on board and as explained above by Bugs his interest appears to be to vend in another asset. probably so he can do another large recapitalisation and get lots of cheap shares whilst diluting existing holders. FeverTel would be an annoying hurdle in his ambitions to achieve this.

his main problem is that despite controlling ~20M shares, the majority of the register is actually right behind Rod, Frank, Niv and the FeverTel project.
it's the right place at the right time, it will be successful, and even though he might have loaned out shares for rather opaque reasons, he must be careful because they might have to be bought back at a much higher price when the right announcements comes out. the ultimate short squeeze!

it's just unfortunate if one board member were trying to undermine the success of the project but the reality is with a Board of three, he would just get out voted every time so he may then have to resort to other strategies like coming on to public share forums to pursue his motives??

if only he were to be patient and try to get behind the FeverTel project he might actually make a lot of money that way.
