his main problem is that despite controlling ~20M shares, the majority of the register is actually right behind Rod, Frank, Niv and the FeverTel project.
it's the right place at the right time, it will be successful, and even though he might have loaned out shares for rather opaque reasons, he must be careful because they might have to be bought back at a much higher price when the right announcements comes out. the ultimate short squeeze!

it's just unfortunate if one board member were trying to undermine the success of the project but the reality is with a Board of three, he would just get out voted every time so he may then have to resort to other strategies like coming on to public share forums to pursue his motives??

if only he were to be patient and try to get behind the FeverTel project he might actually make a lot of money that way.

Whilst you may be right about the motivations about Andreas to shaft the shareholders in the way you described.

Since he has also the most shares, most votes and hence most power, he can pretty much dictate terms.

And since he possibly wants to razor this company for personal gain, then are we all doomed?
