How certain are you they were performance rights?
This site says she bought, as opposed to exercised or issued as can be seen with previous transactions.
Also, that works out to 314,000 shares. I can't find anything to state she was due 314,000 (below):
Not trying to start an argument, genuinely curious because if she did in fact buy I think it's a pretty big deal.
