    He can’t trade on inside information, so the Offtake deal isn’t finalised yet. But the Announcement the other day stated it was advanced, so that gives him the short window to act if it actually will be finalised shortly. So I take it as he acted quickly after the announcement so he could buy before the blackout period. Gives more support that the Offtake is close now.
