Let it go for now mate, the placement is expected to go through on the 13th of this month as per the announcement.
If the placement happens then seriously who cares about what the FIRB thinks, has done or will do, or what there policy has chnaged too because the placement will have happened.
If the placement doesn't happen then go your hardest on your conspiracy theorys.

@Whiddon3, I agree with you, I don't think that the offtake will happen until after the placement has happened. I think it was Nigel that said that the offtake was well advanced sometime ago. The placement is propbably going to be all that is needed and then offtake will occur and I wouldn't be surprised if both are announced almost at the same time. I also think that share price is being held back at present due to this placement not being finailised as yet.
