Some investors never learn and ignore the sign even when its slapping them in the face. I remember reading similar posts here the last time she dumped stock at $1.40+.
She picked the top fairly well as the price has not been back there since. This time her timing was a bit off but it does give a very good insight into what the CEO thinks the share should be worth.
Anyway, in the current market conditions investors will probably ignore this red flag, only to come back and whinge about the CEO's share sales when stock price goes down in weeks/months ahead.
