Like you I am taking up shares in the CCP Share Purchase Plan. It is a great way to increase my allocation to a very well run business with huge opportunity in the US. I also note that its two listed competitors in Australia are in strife with Collection House still in a trading halt and Pioneer Credit in dispute with major shareholder Carlyle Group.
One of the elements that companies look for when the sell a Debtors Ledger is the quality of the buyer and the collection efficacy they employ. In the case of CCP I would imagine they are being favourably considered versus the alternatives in ASustralia.
