If CCP can deploy the 150m of capital raised over the next year, the return on that new money will cancel out most of the dillutive effects. They should be able to make around 20m on that new capital once deployed, and still have lowish gearing depending on size of write downs. The added balance sheet certainty doesn't hurt either.
