Seriously.... I'm sick n tired of all the false information, fake news and (frankly) blatant lies that people so easily and freely post on social media platforms, including HC, Twitter, etc, etc.....

If you believe everything you read on such public forums, then more fool you!

Alex's share acquisition history is publicly available for anyone who wants to go and review it.

He bought his first 5million shares on market, starting before he was appointed as Chairman in 2016 and continued buying through to the start of 2017.

Then in April 2017 he paid $150k to covert 5million options.

And he also paid another $25k when he participated in the April 2019 Renounceable Rights Issue.

For several years, Alex didn't draw a salary, and in lieu received Performance Rights... to the reality is that his holdings were fairly evenly balanced between shares he was granted, and shares that he bought.

The reality is it's never a good look when anyone on the Board sells some shares... but being practical, they have to sell at some point (just like the rest of us!).

He sold prior to the latest ANN about the 5T being shipped, and he sold at an average of 5.19c - so also prior to latest SP rise.

As far as I'm concerned.... it passes the pub test.
