This where you are wrong and wont listen LT, MSB and it's partners has the water rights, but the potenial partner does not have a permit and will not get one, they cant drill there tenements and your pinning your hopes to develop the whole Maricunga with them, now if you dont believe me look for it on the SEA web site.
