Thank you, so i'm right, MSB only have the water rights for there tenements, Codelco have none, correct? the reason Codelco have not drilled yet is because they applied for a water permit to drill and the locals kicked up about it and SEA knocked the drilling on the head, so it means Codelco are dead, when the "new Company" forms they will still have apply for water permit on Codelco tenements or do you think MSB are going to run a hose for over 20Ks
