So far this year we’ve been the best performing lithium stock globally. In a down market I think the MD has done well and deserves everything coming his way.
Frame it like one of the two below...
You have shares in a company which a director was heavily incentivised with stock and that had performed the best globally out of all lithium companies.
or
You had shares in a lithium company where the director was on a high salary and had little to no stock and had gone backwards and blamed broader market conditions
Pretty easy choice isn’t it? It is for me!
