About Shilongba Lake I have written $15-20m then $5m a year maintenance. On that basis if maintenance is $4m of materials and the other $1m is payroll and other running costs / fees:
4/20 is 20%, so applying that to 30,000T you get 60,000T annual maintenance. Nice
