Ann: Change of Director's Interest Notice, page-30

Newing wrote, "PET issued a notice of change in director interest today, released by ASX at 4.03pm, which disclosed that Zhigang Zhang had sold 1.5 million shares at 29¢. I got a shock and rang the company, to discover it was just a clerical error. The transaction was actually a transfer of the shares from one of his entities to another. Whew! Having any director selling at these very depressed prices would have suggested something was seriusly wrong. A correction has been lodged with the ASX and hopefully will be released before the market opens tomorrow.I wonder whether that price at the closing adjustment (which takes place at 4.10pm) was affected by the announcement, If that was the case the shares could open stronger tomorrow, all other things being equal."
