These companies aren't going to sign up a product/service unless they're confident in its effectiveness and the value it will add to their platform. It's very naive to think they'd risk their own business over some other product just as some kind of marketing gimmick. These platforms can't afford to have either their clinicians nor patients lose trust in them (as without one the other will leave), this is why they'll do their DD into whatever products they choose to integrate with.
