This is directors participating in the last CR. It needed to be voted on at the AGM that's why it's only been released now.
Directors put in $70K into the last raise (total $850k in raises to date) despite the non execs not even being paid since December '19.
These shares are cheap but not cheaper than you could have got on market around that time. I'm just happy directors have skin in the game and don't take the piss with fees.
