I agree with your concerns, however it is clear that ERG is a vehicle for the major holder to distribute his products from Asia. The core water and plastic's business has potential however will not make major head roads due purely to the scale of the operations.

For ERG to really start to see the SP raise materially they need to make acquisitions. The Bottled water business is not a growth business and I suspect ERG needs to look at other opportunities such as co-packing for Aldi, store brands both in bulk water as well as Bottled Water.

Getting a good marketing person in and launching a water brand to compete with the Asahi's, Cokes etc... wouldn't be a bad thing.

The business needs scale!
