It is a very bad message and in my view it suggests his total lack of confidence in the business.
If he believed the shares were worth more than 30 cents each, he should have held and got a short term personal loan instead.
2 million shares is a bing chunk of this total shareholding.
Also timing is an issue here, just over a week before the quarterly report. Shouldnt this be a closed period?
