Given MF had an interest in ~24M shares pre-SPP (with ~165M shares on issue) his holdings would have been diluted despite stumping up the full $30k. If you were scaled back you were issued enough shares not to be diluted. MF has taken a hit from this SPP in terms of the percentage of shares he has. I think the company has been extremely thoughtful in how the SPP was conducted.
