What is proportional about the bottom getting 100% the top getting 100% and the middle getting 33%?
All the holders that got 100% somehow feel that anyone that got shafted are just whinging short term holders. Its not the case. Airing this on this forum does not imply that I don’t have faith in the company’s product, or its management per se, but directors have a responsibility to treat shareholders equally. As I outlined, I have bought more shares at close to the issue price so haven’t missed out due to the CR structure, but it did entail my having to find more funds (borrowed money) while my application funds were held for weeks. We don’t all have a bottomless pit ti draw on!
