Calm down people..... there are about 9 different holders listed there that could all of participated in the SPP (even if they are related to the MD) and if they all got at least $5k (like everyone else) then this notice would say at least $45k instead of just $30k...... how would it have looked if he didn't participate at all? Suck it up and when your cheque is back put in a bid for 10.5c on mkt.... you might get lucky.
