Yes, Director buying is a good signal... MAT's chart looks poised for breakout... just needs to close at 17c, or maybe just 16.5c
MAT must be just about the ASX's smallest gold producer, but it is still a producer, and A cash positive one at that...
presumably the market is yet to discover MAT's charms!
