    Not sure of the rules on this, but if the just released quarterly (31 July) states CAZ is in "advanced negotiations on some assets" then even with Nathan buying more shares on the 10th of August, what stops a deal getting announced this month? Market has been fully informed and difficult to argue any deal is a surprise or new information to the market.
