love how they say "off market distribution" - FFS just say it the way it is..
"I sold 400k of shares to give the cash to my kids".
Anyway you say it, a director sold - he is still holding 3m+ so IMO not really a big deal (unless I was one of his kids - "gee, thanks Dad for the home deposit !!")
