Yeah difficult to speculate. He didn't hit his short term incentive ($10M revenue) and that could have been because of the impact of COVID-19 - but the fact they give him that as an incentive back in Aug 2019 after a $3.5M revenue FY19 shows you they had high aims. As indicated in press release, they will look to hire a CEO in the US to cater to their big fish and maybe he didn't feel comfortable at this point in time that he could do that. But aside from that I think the Board needs to be re-calibrated as well and this was all identified in their November 2019 presentation. A company with solid fundamentals, profitable and now just needing great leadership to move forward and upwards.
