I figured by process of elimination it had to be Aaryn Nania (acting CEO) selling a good portion of his holdings over the past few days (only holder with that many shares).
He's sold 103,647,641 shares with 63,124,579 shares still held.
While insider selling is not ideal, there can often be a very reasonable explanation. I wonder if this is in anticipation for a new CEO taking his place.
