You guys seriously need a contrarian view over here to keep this thread in hand without all this wild information skewing peoples opinion here....

They are legally required to report 'movements in sub holdings' within an x amount of days within the first 1% change. This is why this is released now, he isn't done selling at all.

If he was required to be under 20% - he wouldn't have dumped 100m shares, common sense says he would have only sold enough to get under 20%. And he would have had to get under 20% alot earlier than now..... (In MAY)




This guy is currently A/CEO, he hasn't departed at all - he wrote the directors report in the Ann report...



The sell side is stil stacked with his holding - there will be another change of notice within 4 buss days.
