CEO & CFO fully selling down their performance shares is not a good sign
Also not exactly being paid peanuts....Klim on 822k base package & Deda on 492k base package.....I really should look at this before investing. Incredibly well paid mgmt team with decent STI paid in cash and hurdle rates to meeting STI & LTI does not look particularily demanding.
I love the business, but this just seems excessive (and the board is getting paid pretty well too) and at the expense of shareholders when the overall company performance was mediocre at best!
