    What better insight ..then seeing from the ground ..
    disgruntled seems a bit harsh . And termination is funny

    .I'm just stating the low pay and high turn over of staff...
    i also worked for hps in the old days another one of Vince's
    which was terrific great environment to work
    valmec just didn't turn out that way
