Problem with trying to do that is twofold, firstly you need liquidity and the annual result allowed for that.
Secondly they would have to continually submit substantial shareholder notices to show that they are selling. Anyone who is looking to buy is going to see the continual selling and the market will work out that until they have stopped selling there is no point rushing to buy shares.
On top of that, no one knows the funds actual reason for selling, they may need funds asap for another investment, closing up the fund, or they believe the company is not going to do well moving forward.
Will be interesting to see where the share price is at the end of the week.
