@ mining=% - after buying a heap more HTG today at 28.5 cents, I must say that I agree entirely with your thoughts
They are a small fraction of the shares Paul owns - especially if his large amount of performance shares vest.
And the sale was "only" for $260,000 - which I would assume is not "retire now" money to him!!
But in all seriousness, surely HTG could have at least released an accompanying statement announcing any one of the usual reasons for this sale of shares (eg tax liability, pay down personal debts, divorce pay-out, buy a flash car or house etc etc).
This may be silly on my behalf, but at least it seems that they care about their shareholders when they give us a reason for the sale.
