    Was disclosed today however the trade was on the 15th of September. I'm not sure as to what the disclosed laws are but T+ 3 combined with an off market trade seems reasonable it was Disclosed as soon as the trade was completed and not in control of the company! The fact he went off market and sold at a discount (26c) is good to see as he could have just dumped the 1 million on market similar to what someone did today imo
