Perhaps the off market sell last week was to a strategic investor that didn't want to be named or perhaps a fund that has struggled to take hold of a position through the stock being so illiquid. This buy back on market above the price he sold back imo is a sign for all sellers to relax and everything is ok. I picked up a little more today we are now at a price where if Hartleys conservative price target is hit there's 100% upside... imo dyor gltah
