Just to be clear everyone (in case missed), he sold out on the 31st August. At avg price of $9.25. This is just a delay reporting.
The price now is $13.70.
I have held this since sp is in the "cents" and directors and founders have sold many times, with no comments whatsoever from HC posters. It is just recently with this astronomical rise since March 2020 alot of attention has been paid to this ,with excessive scrutiny.
If anything, they have all regretted selling early. But that's besides the point, it seem like it is a huge stigma for directors to sell for own personal reasons, it's always company is doomed, undisclosed bad news (that's insider trading folks) etc etc. I get that alot of shorters really want to short this one but come on, give the directors and founders a break when they sell.
but a healthy pullback (for trading logic) should be in the queue regardless.
