I think of the following scenarios if the director is buying:
1. There is imminent news and it is time to buy
2. It is undervalued and it is time to buy
3. the director finally sorted out their SMSF rollover so it is arbitrary timing (hold)
4. The director is trying to pump the SP (in this case unlikely given small amount bought)
I'm leaning towards #2 at the moment.
