IHR is one of many complimentary services linked to Xero.
However I did notice a quote from an AFR article. (The article is posted in a forum on XRO fyi)

"Then around capabilities, we're exploring future opportunities around how to take the use of applications and the customer data that comes from that and turn it into insights that can be used proactively and predictively."

I thought that was very interesting that they're chasing "opportunities" to collect "insights", which is what IHR is in the business of doing. I think it would be very strategic to apply IHR's algorithms amongst Xero's customer base.
