Well expressed and a solid argument for 'defensive stock'. I hold RIC with a similar disposition as yourself. Management is of course the key showing a capital redistribution with the future in mind. I may be deluded, but my cost base for my RIC holding is better than money in the bank and happy to hold for the long term. I also have a soft spot for Aussie agriculture. While not worried about Novaq development, still curious. It is still a potentially exciting prospect and if takes off could be very thick icing on the cake.
