there is a select talent pool for aerial imaging, glad we are paying them well. Managment is taking the company in the right direction and being well rewarded. They will want to see these shares hit $10 before they exit. They have every chance of making this company an 2+ billion turnover in the next 4 years with additional diversification possible with the IP they are developing in software.
