Exception to trading policy
" ... the exercise (but not the sale of securities following exercise) of an option or a right
under an employee incentive scheme, or the conversion of a convertible security,
where the final date for the exercise of the option or right, or the conversion of the
security, falls during a prohibited period."

The Company requires Directors and Key Management Personnel not to Trade in the
Company’s securities within the following periods (prohibited periods):
5 days before and 24 hours after the release of the Company’s quarterly,
half yearly or annual report to ASX.

Two weeks before lodgement and during the period that a disclosure
document including a prospectus is open for applications except to the
extent that Company employees, Directors and Key Management
Personnel are applying for securities pursuant to that disclosure document.

Any other period determined by the Board from time to time and notified to
the Directors and Key Management Personnel.
