Hi moosey,
DS, GS and GLP all appear to have taken up their full allottment of shares from the rights issue.
In addition, and most significantly, it appears that GS purchased ca. 2.9 million shares, and DS purchased ca. 5.5 million shares, from the "shortfall" amount on offer after the recent close of the rights issue. Together, these "shortfall" purchases amounted to about A$336,000, which is a serious amount of money, and thus an enormous vote of confidence in TAS.
BTW, purchasing "shortfall" shares (i.e. after a share issue) is currently the only way that anybody can quickly secure a really large parcel of TAS shares (I know this as I did this myself about 2 years ago).
It will be interesting to see exactly which of TAS's projects strongly motivated GS & DS to make these very large investments. It just may well be all four of them (i.e. CNJ, EDE, Vulcan and Pernatty), as they are all looking very promising.
Within the next week of so I believe that we will know the answer.
Best regards.
