This before or after the BOD gives themselves an extra few 100million "performance shares" then raise another few million to just watch in the bank for a rainy day at 8c again. Just want to add this into my calculation of how much cash the operation will make in the future, as the MC could be $300m and still be at 7c when these guys are done.
