There may be other factors at play, and it's great that Mr Irvin already has two million shares, but at one level it's surprising that his company took up such a small percentage of the shares it could have been allocated with the retail entitlement offer.
Is this anything to do with the current overall limit on individual shareholdings that from memory disappears in August 2021?
