Continuous disclosure would imply that as soon as assays are released from the lab they should be released to market or a TH put in place while the announcement is prepared.
Currently the market all has the same visuals and info from the recent investor presentation - so the market looks to be fully informed thus allowing on market purchases by directors.
So results could in theory arrive from the lab any day still (hence the possible rush to buy)
I'm not sure what CHKs official trading policy is (or where to find it) but it looks ok to me but yes a fine line for sure.
