CHK is set up to be taken over by one of the majors and that won't just happen for 3-4c. Today is just the beginning, Copper will be in hot demand in coming years with exploration neglected in the past decade. Perfect storm coming, already pointed out by BHP in November 2018. The big miners think cyclical, in terms of 5-10 years. CHK has become a hot stock, the offers will be great for share holders.
