They are definitely buying under their rules/guidelines 4.1 that Lefthook posted earlier within their 2 week window as they still dont have a definitive time frame on the results. The labs have all been backed up for weeks and they have sent samples to multiple labs but are consistently getting "bumped" by large blue chip companies willing to pay higher prices. The company dont see the need to pay these exuberant prices (good on em for not wasting company funds) .The big boys can pay up to twice as much per sample so its not worth it when the same results will be a bit delayed. As someone said earlier, its a great time to accumulate and I agree with them. These entry levels are cheap as chips for us all right now and we all have an opportunity to top up or fill up. If these results are even OK, how could we not be the biggest target in BHP's sights.
