Seriously people enough of this pointless debate... insider trading would suggest he has inside knowledge of the decision process...
how can it not be that he has 80+ M shares and he makes the prudent decision to sell half now and bank some profit and let the rest ride in care they actually win a tender which is as best a 50/50 prospect
Surely most seasoned traders have made that decision. before - eg buy on rumour sell on fact type situations...
