Business, no matter how big or small, would not get a company to invest a bucket load of cash and then bail unless it was already decided upfront. Also, just to back it up, PLL would have gone through many scenarios to make sure they succeed in delivering a contract they made with Tesla before investing so many dollars into SYA. Many other lithium suppliers in the states and Canada, they chose SYA.
I believe this is a play for something bigger, lets see what happens next week
For those that are down ramping and those up ramping we all just need to wait and see.
