IF he was truly privy to sensitive information then he would be in a black out period and unable to BUY or sell any of his holdings.

clearly SYA don't believe he was.

the ASX and ASIC would be all over this if he WAS privy to sensitive information and sold accordingly.

these are the facts, no matter what else is said.

it's not like he can hide the sale, heck there was an ANN about it on the ASX.

selling on sensitive info would put him on JAIL.

IF all the other directors who also have this "sensitive info" also subsequently sell, then they'll join him in JAIL.

i'll be looking for the rest of the ANN's on all directors selling.

its poor form in my book that he sold now. that's about it.

and, at least we know why the sell down. probably hit a few stop-losses as well on the way down.

it's still TOP UP time next week, i'm looking to free up cash to load up, thanks for the cheapies k-nuts....!
